1. Orders and Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including items, quantities, pickup method, delivery address, event details, contact information, and total price.

2. Pricing and Availability

Prices, menu items, availability, fees, taxes, deposits, and service charges may change at any time. Sabor Mexico reserves the right to correct pricing errors, reject orders, cancel orders, or modify services when necessary.

3. Payments

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes, fees, deposits, and other applicable charges.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and order changes are handled at the discretion of Sabor Mexico. Once food preparation has started, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Catering and event deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing, preparation, staffing, and purchased supplies.

5. Pickup, Delivery, Catering, and Events

Estimated pickup, delivery, catering, or event times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to demand, weather, traffic, staffing, supply issues, customer-provided information, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order or submitting a request. Sabor Mexico is not responsible for delays, missed communications, failed deliveries, or errors caused by inaccurate customer information.

7. SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number during checkout, through a contact form, or through a catering/event request form, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Sabor Mexico regarding your order, pickup, delivery, catering request, event inquiry, or customer service communication.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Marketing Communications

Where permitted by law, Sabor Mexico may send promotional emails, offers, updates, announcements, and marketing communications. You may opt out of promotional communications where required by law.

Customers are responsible for notifying Sabor Mexico of allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We may prepare food in shared kitchen spaces, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens or cross-contact.

13. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, images, menu descriptions, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Sabor Mexico and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
